Voice your concerns in the meeting. Then we measure the outcome, and the concerns were right or wrong.

Everyone is accountable for exactly one measurable outcome. It is whichever one gets measured.
Customers first, in order of probability
We obsess over the customer most likely to exist. The others get a polite email.
