Tenfold AI cut grandfathered Pro from 20× to 10× usage at the same price, then doubled it the next day. Quantum Billing applied both.

“We cut Pro from 20× to 10× at the same price, then doubled it the next day. Quantum Billing applied both. Our walk-back post was accurate for every subscriber.” Tibi, Head of Tenfold Agent, Tenfold AI

Tenfold sells Plus at $20 and Pro at $100, $200 and $500. Grandfathered $200 subscribers had 20× Plus usage, and the heaviest of them used every bit of it.

Tibi's packaging change kept the $200 price and moved the plan to 10×. Agent and Workbench usage were halved. Weekly agent messages went from 200 to 100. A one-time grant of 60,000 credits, expiring December 31, was the sweetener.

In Quantum Billing, a usage multiplier is an entitlement, and entitlements resolve when observed. On cut day, subscribers who opened the usage page got 10×, 20× or both.

The next morning Tibi walked it back in a post. It said Pro limits would double, and that $200 agent and Workbench usage would not be cut. Quantum Billing could make both sentences true at once, so the post said both.

That is where the side effect went public. The replies were all one question: “which is it?” The $20 plan was not mentioned and got a thread of its own. Sparks, the newest feature, stayed on a separate meter.
